Shipping Policy
At Highpass we use the most reliable and fastest delivery method. All orders will be shipped using one of the following methods:
- CourierGuy
- Registered Post
- RAM Courier
Shipping Costs
Free delivery on all purchases exceeding R500.00. Standard fee of R100 will be charged for orders below R500.00
Estimates Delivery Time
Handling Time: 0 – 1 Days (Mon – Fri)
Transit Time: 1 – 5 Days (Mon – Fri)
Order Cut Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Maseru)
This general guideline does not apply to large / bulky items. Please refer to the large / bulky item section below for more information.
All delivery timeframes provided at Highpass are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances that may affect the delivery of your parcel.
Large / Bulky Items
As a general guideline, deliveries of bulky items to metro areas in the Western Cape take 2-5 business days; deliveries of bulky items to KZN and regional areas take 6-7 business days. Please note these are estimated timeframes and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver large / bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers.
Backorders
We strive to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in the normal time schedule, we will notify you within 2 business days.
Notes
- Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a R120 redelivery fee.
- If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
- We deliver within RSA only.
Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in ZAR. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior notice whether to amend typographical errors or adjust our costs based on supplier price changes.
Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all our compatible products. The warranty for original brand products as per the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Address Change Requests
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.
Multiple Address Order
Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
Damages
Tsg Toners is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Item Never Received
Customers can contact us by email if he/she never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product.
